2. Pay the Total by Bank Transfer and Upload a Screenshot of the Payment.
3. We Check the Payment, Then Confirm Your Order and the Delivery Charge on WhatsApp.
4. We Prepare, Test and Dispatch Your Laptop, or Keep It Ready for Pick-Up.

Orders on This Website Are Paid in Full by Bank Transfer. The Account Details Are Shown When You Place Your Order. Transfer the Exact Total, Then Upload the Screenshot.

Your Order Is Confirmed Only After We Verify the Payment in Our Account. If We Cannot Match Your Payment, We Contact You on the Phone Number You Gave.

Cash on Delivery Is Not Available on Website Orders. To Pay in Cash, Visit the Shop.

Prices Are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and Are the Prices Shown at the Time You Order.

We Deliver Across Pakistan by Courier. Delivery Time Starts Once Your Payment Is Confirmed:

• Lahore: 1 - 2 Working Days.
• Other Cities and Towns: 3 - 5 Working Days.

Working Days Are Monday - Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays. These Are Estimates. Courier Delays Outside Our Control (Weather, Strikes, Remote Areas) Can Add Time.

The Delivery Charge Depends on Your City and Is Not Included in the Laptop Price. We Confirm the Exact Amount With You on WhatsApp Before We Dispatch, and Dispatch Only After You Agree.

Pick-Up From the Shop Has No Delivery Charge.

• Check the Parcel Before Signing. If the Box Is Damaged, Tell the Courier and Contact Us Straight Away.
• If the Laptop Is Damaged or Wrong, Tell Us Within 24 Hours With Photos. A Video of You Opening the Parcel Is the Best Proof.
• Your 30-Day Warranty and 3-Day Return Period Start on the Delivery Date. See the Warranty and Returns Pages.

Please Keep Your Phone On and Give a Complete Address With a Nearby Landmark. If the Courier Cannot Reach You After Repeated Attempts, the Parcel Returns to Us. We Contact You to Re-Send It, and the Delivery Charge for the Second Attempt Is Paid by You.
