The Warranty Lasts 30 Days and Starts on the Day You Receive the Laptop (Delivery Date or Shop Pick-Up Date).

If a Product Page Lists a Different Warranty Under Specifications, the Product Page Applies to That Laptop.

The Warranty Is for the Original Buyer Only and Cannot Be Transferred.

We Repair or Replace Hardware That Fails Through No Fault of Yours, Including:

• Motherboard, Processor and Graphics;
• RAM and Storage (SSD or Hard Drive);
• Display Panel Faults (Dead Pixels Spreading, Lines, Flicker, No Display) Not Caused by a Hit or Pressure;
• Keyboard, Touchpad, Speakers, Webcam, Microphone and Ports;
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Batteries and Chargers Wear Out With Use, So They Are Checked at the Start Only:

• If the Charger Does Not Work, or the Battery Will Not Charge or Hold Any Charge, Tell Us Within 7 Days of Receiving the Laptop and We Will Replace It.
• Normal Loss of Battery Life Over Time Is Not a Fault and Is Not Covered. Battery Health Where Stated on the Product Page Is Accurate on the Day of Sale.

• Physical Damage: Drops, Cracked Screen, Broken Hinges, Bent or Cracked Body;
• Liquid Damage, Rust or Dust Damage From Neglect;
• Damage From Power Surges, Wrong or Non-Original Chargers;
• Faults After Anyone Other Than Us Opened or Repaired the Laptop, or Removed Our Seals or Stickers;
• Software Problems: Windows or macOS Errors, Viruses, Unlicensed Software, Drivers You Installed;
• Loss of Your Data. Back Up Your Files. We May Wipe the Drive During a Repair;
• Scratches, Dents, Worn Keys and Other Cosmetic Wear on a Used Laptop;
• Bags, Cables, Mice and Other Accessories, Unless Listed as Included Hardware;
• Misuse, Including Use Outside the Normal Home or Office Use of a Laptop.

1. Contact Us First on WhatsApp or at +92 308 4449369. Give Your Order Number (or Receipt) and Describe the Problem. A Photo or Short Video Helps.
2. Bring the Laptop to the Shop (Shop# G29, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Gulberg III, Lahore), Open Monday - Saturday, 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM. Outside Lahore, We Will Tell You How to Send It by Courier.
3. We Test the Laptop and Tell You Whether the Fault Is Covered, Normally on the Same Day.

For a Covered Fault We Repair the Laptop Free of Charge, Targeting 7 Working Days.

If We Cannot Repair It, We Replace It With a Laptop of the Same or Better Specification. If No Such Laptop Is in Stock, We Refund the Price You Paid for It.

Time Spent Under Repair Does Not Extend the Warranty Period. A Replacement Laptop Carries the Remaining Warranty of the Original.

Shipping Cost: Outside Lahore, We Pay to Send a Repaired or Replacement Laptop Back to You on a Covered Claim. You Pay to Send It to Us. If the Fault Turns Out Not to Be Covered, You Pay for Both Ways and Any Repair You Approve.
